Title of the piece: In between leaving and staying:

Materials: Casted bronze and blown glass. Size: w: 24 cms. x 24 cms. H: 12 cms.

Commentary: This piece was born from the accident; the fissure of glass. Once broken, glass generally is thrown away. My intention consisted in underlying the beauty of the piece enhanced by the fissure, because it brings out information of the internal structure of the piece and the making of it, that we didn’t perceived before. The work also talks about polarities, dualities; each pair (dark & clear) is placed so you can visualize the path of the crack, which becomes the communal space in between. This emptiness materializes the whole idea.
